period antiques, some with fireplaces. The Terrace room has been carefully renovated for wheelchair accessibility.
All rooms are non-smoking.

| All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of one night's lodging or may be guaranteed with your credit card.
Check in time is after 3:00 pm. Kindly check-out by 11:00 am. The inn is not suitable for children under 12 |

Deposits will be refunded less a $10 service fee if we receive your cancellation 7 days in advance of your
reservation date, or if another guest fills the rooms reserved for you.

All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject
to 9% NH room and meals tax. Minimum 2 night weekend stay applies during the summer, fall, and special events.
